Miss Priest – Worcestershire village

Miss Priest was recommend Evesham Glass by a local estate agents who use Evesham Glass regularly.

When Dane visited Miss Priest he looked at her plans and listened to her needs. Miss Priest wanted a solid roof conservatory and small lean-to utility room erected in order to give her property more living space.

Dane advised against a traditional roof on the building because of the high costs of cranked steel,  timber work and tiles.   Instead, he recommended an Equinox roof which is extremely durable and half the cost of the traditional option.

Miss Priest decided to place the contract with Dane because of the recommendation and Dane’s expert knowledge and attitude.

The utility room build included the installation of a toilet with wash basin, a utility sink, cupboard space and a fridge freezer.  All relevant pipe work, electrical work and plastering was undertaken to a high standard.

The conservatory had underfloor heating installed under the tiles.

A-rated Linear window systems complimented each build and a highly robust composite door fitted to the utility room.

Block paving finished off the beautiful project.
