By replacing a window, door or even the roof, your home could see it’s value increase, particularly if you’re looking to move further down the line.

Admittedly, it could just make it more enjoyable for you to live in. Simply, by renovating and not moving, you’re able to take full control of the design and reflect yourself in the project.
